Cynthia Kamara is a director of BCI. She is a healthcare professional and businesswoman with specific experience in negotiations, relationship building and communication. She brings a wealth of experience from her business activities in Liberia and the United Kingdom (UK). As director of BCI, Cynthia is leading on the establishment of relationships with potential partners in Liberia and the UK where BCI is currently engaged in projects.

Fidel Budy is a director and founder of BCI. He is a public health, inclusive governance and land rights specialist with over 10 years working experience working on inclusive governance and land rights across Africa. Fidel has extensive Global-South fieldwork experience in public health and land tenure and rights with a particular interest in rural land management and governance. He has presented multiple conference papers on gender land rights as well as rural land rights in general at international conferences across the world. He is a multiple published academic author. Fidel is currently developing a project on citizens’ participation which is expected to be delivered in 2023.
